If one day you say to your self I have to stop biting my nails I can not stand it any longer You have then start thinking how long is it going to take me? Well it does not have to take long at all, actually depending on the person it can be stopped in 3 weeks sometimes under 2 weeks.
The solutions that you can find on the net and through books can really help you stop biting your nails and it can be done quickly than you think. However it all depends on one thing and only you can produce that one thing. It is called old fashioned will power.
Now that can be easily said than done but seriously if you have the will power backed up with knowledge you can produce the skill to beat this addictive habit. It may sound like nice words but most techniques will actually help you if you are willing to give them a go and I mean seriously give them a go. A 100% go!
